I ordered my usual size from shoptwobirds.com, and it was okay overall, just not a perfect fit. The waist was totally fine, but the top part felt a bit loose on me, so I ended up fussing with it more than I expected — which is never my favorite thing. Shipping was fine, and the item looked like the photos, so no complaints there. I just wish the size guide had been a little more spot-on. Not a bad purchase, but next time I’d definitely double-check sizing before ordering.

I really like how these pieces can go with so many outfits. I wore them for work, then on the weekend too, and even going out they still looked good. Super easy to style honestly.

Support got back to me fast, which I appreciated. I just wish it hadn’t taken so much effort on my end to get everything sorted out.

I actually did like the dress when it came, so that was not the problem. It just didn’t fit right on me, and I thought an exchange for another size would be simple enough.

They did fix it eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. But the whole process felt slow and kind of clunky, and I would be a little unsure about ordering again

the dress looks nice from a distance, but up close i noticed the stitching is a little uneven in a few spots. the fabric feels fine, just not super impressive. for the price, i was expecting the craftsmanship to be a bit better

I got the tracking info quickly, and unlike some other places where the delivery date keeps changing, the package showed up exactly when it said it would. The box was in good shape too, no dents or anything weird. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.
